Every wedding is unique, but here's an example of how your photography story might unfold.

Don't worry about sticking to these times - it will be a timeline that's tailored perfectly to your day.

11:00am The excitement begins I arrive while the finishing touches are coming together. Hair and makeup are almost complete, outfits are ready to be put on, flowers have arrived and the excitement is building. I'll capture all the beautiful details, genuine laughter and those special moments before you leave for the ceremony.

You can choose to add a second photographer if you would also like coverage of partner preparations at a separate venue.

12noon Guests begin to arrive. I'll photograph your beautifully dressed venue, the excited conversations, warm embraces and all those little moments before the ceremony begins.

12:30pm The final moments before 'I do'  Everyone is dressed, buttonholes are pinned, emotions are rising and it's almost time to head to the ceremony.

1:00pm It's time... The music starts, the doors open and the ceremony begins. From proud smiles and happy tears to your vows and first kiss, every unforgettable moment is captured naturally as it unfolds.

1:45pm You're married! Confetti fills the air, hugs are shared and the celebrations officially begin. Some of the biggest smiles of the day happen in these first few moments as newlyweds.

2:00pm Family photographs. We'll keep these organised, relaxed and efficient, making sure you have those important family photos before everyone returns to celebrating.

2:30pm Champagne, canapés & candid moments. While your guests enjoy the drinks reception, I'll be documenting all the laughter, conversations and spontaneous moments that help tell the full story of your day.

3:15pm Time for just the two of you. We'll take a relaxed stroll around your venue to create beautiful portraits that feel completely natural - no awkward posing, just some genuine moments together as newlyweds.

3:45pm Every detail remembered. Before guests take their seats, I'll capture your reception room, table styling and all the thoughtful details you've spent months planning.

4:00pm Wedding breakfast celebrations. From heartfelt speeches and bursts of laughter to happy tears and clinking glasses, these are the moments you'll treasure forever.

6:30pm Relaxed candids. I'll blend into the background, capturing natural conversations, laughter, children playing, hugs with loved ones and all those genuine, unscripted moments that often become some of the most treasured photographs in your gallery.

7:30pm Golden hour magic. As the evening light softens, we'll head away for a little time out for you together and create some truly beautiful portraits. It's often the quietest moment of the day - a chance to pause, take it all in and capture some of the most romantic photographs in your gallery.

8:00pm onwards The party begins! Cake cutting, your first dance and a dance floor filled with laughter, celebration and unforgettable memories. I'll continue capturing all the energy, emotion and fun until it's time for me to leave.

FIRST THINGS FIRST

I want to make your experience as easy, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible from the very beginning.

We'll arrange a good time to chat through your plans, get to know each other, and discuss everything you're envisioning for your wedding day.

I genuinely love hearing all about the details, the excitement, and everything you've been planning.

Once you're happy to move forward, I'll send over access to your own online booking portal. This is where all of your wedding details, booking documents, and payments are safely stored, keeping everything organised and easily accessible in one place.

Throughout the lead-up to your wedding, I'll be on hand whenever you need me.

Whether you have questions, would like advice, or simply want to talk through your plans, I'm always happy to help.

AROUND 8 WEEKS BEFORE

We'll review your wedding questionnaire together and make sure it’s all up to date.

AROUND 4 WEEKS BEFORE

We'll have a final catch-up to confirm timings, logistics, and all the important details for the day. Your final balance will also be due at this stage.

ON YOUR WEDDING DAY

Relax, be present, and enjoy every moment.

After all the planning and anticipation, this is your time to soak it all in. The day will pass incredibly quickly, so my biggest piece of advice is simply to embrace it and enjoy being surrounded by the people you love most.

I'll be there to document it all naturally as it unfolds - the big moments, the quiet moments, and everything in between, so you can relive those memories for years to come.

AFTER THE WEDDING

I'll send you a selection of preview images so you can begin re-living the excitement and sharing a few special moments with family and friends.

3-4 WEEKS LATER

Your full gallery will be delivered via your private online gallery. From there, you and your guests can download high-resolution images as you wish for up to 12 months.

Once you've had plenty of time to enjoy your photographs, you'll also have the opportunity to order beautiful fine art prints and handcrafted albums.
